Ο Ρόλος
Ως Επιστάτης Εργοταξίου, θα έχετε ένα υπεύθυνο ρόλο στον χώρο εργασίας, αναλαμβάνοντας την επίβλεψη των καθημερινών εργασιών, τον συντονισμό των εργαζομένων και την εξασφάλιση ότι όλες οι εργασίες εκτελούνται με ασφάλεια, συνέπεια και με υψηλά πρότυπα ποιότητας.
Καθήκοντα και Υπευθυνότητες
- Επίβλεψη και συντονισμός των καθημερινών εργασιών των εργαζομένων και των υπεργολάβων
- Παρακολούθηση προόδου εργασιών σύμφωνα με το Χρονοδιάγραμμα (πρόγραμμα εργασιών)
- Επίβλεψη και εξασφάλιση της ορθής εκτέλεσης των εργασιών σύμφωνα με τις προδιάγραφες του Έργου
- Καθημερινός Έλεγχος παρουσίας των εργαζομένων
- Παρακολούθηση των αποθεμάτων και της χρήσης υλικών, εργαλείων και εξοπλισμού
- Παροχή εκπαίδευσης και υποστήριξης προς τους εργαζόμενους όπου απαιτείται.
- Αποτελεσματική επικοινωνία με τους διευθυντές έργου και τους μηχανικούς
Προφίλ και Προσόντα
- Ισχυρές γνώσεις των διαδικασιών κατασκευής, του εξοπλισμού και των κανονισμών Α&Υ
- Eμπειρία ως επιστάτης στον κατασκευαστικό τομέα.
- Γνώση χειρισμού οργάνων λέιζερ
- Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και ερμηνείας τεχνικών σχεδίων,
- Υπευθυνότητα, ηγετικές, επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας.

The Role
As a Site Engineer, you will take on a key role in managing and overseeing construction activities on-site. Ensure that all works are executed in line with plans, specifications, and quality standards, while meeting project timelines. You will coordinate daily operations, monitor progress, and resolve any technical or on-site challenges.
The successful candidates will be provided with on-the-job training as well as trained on the AGC Construction Methodology
Duties and Responsibilities
- Study section plans, drawings and specifications
- Monitor the quality of works by referring to the company’s Quality Manual
- Participate in coordination meetings with all project parties (foreman, workers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.)
- Liaise with the project management team
- Update the company’s Cost Control System
- Update the site Journal
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and ensure alignment with company standards
Profile and Qualifications
- Minimum qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Site Engineer
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD/Revit
- Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good command of the Greek and English language
- Highly motivated, willing to learn and apply knowledge
