Tofinis Hotel & Waterpark
Located in the heart of Cyprus’ tourist industry, in Ayia Napa, the hotel underwent major expansion during the period December 2016 to April 2017.
The works included the constructions of additional 66 rooms of various sizes on 4 new floors, the demolition of the main swimming pool and reconstruction of a new one, a covered car park and tennis court, restaurant, pool bar and a water park.
The splash world consists of 3 swimming pools, a lazy river and foundations for 6 slides.
The project was completed as per initial deadline despite the considerable increase to the initial project’s scope.
