Duties and Responsibilities

• Reviewing construction plans and taking measurements
• Preparing Bills of Quantity
• Liaising with site engineers and subcontractors
• Preparing Client and subcontractors payment certificates
• On the job and external training will be provided as required

Profile and Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Experience: 2 – 15 yrs
• Sound knowledge of construction
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Good command of the Greek and English language
• Highly motivated, willing to learn and apply knowledge
